All EU orders will be shipped from the EU warehouse depending on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all qualifying orders. Will my package be charged duties and taxes?
All customers please note: All taxes and duties have been paid. You only need to pay the amount due at checkout.
Do I need to pay immediately after placing the order?
After you place the order, please pay within the time specified on the payment page, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
How do I place an order for an electric bike on the website?
You only need to select the model, color and configuration you like, click "Place Order" and follow the prompts on the page to fill in the delivery information and complete the payment. Our website supports a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, klarna etc.
Can I modify or cancel the order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we support cancellation or modification of the order. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order. The order cannot be modified or cancelled after it is shipped.

Can I get an invoice after placing an order?
Of course. Please note the invoice header information when placing an order, or contact customer service by email after placing an order to request an electronic invoice.
My order shows that it has been completed but I haven’t received the car yet, what should I do?
The order "Completed" means that we have shipped it. Please confirm the progress of the package through the logistics tracking information. If you have any questions, please contact us in time and we will assist you in verifying the situation with the logistics company.
What if I receive the goods and find that they are inconsistent with the description on the website?
Our sizes are measured manually, and there will be an error of 2-3cm. Due to different monitors and the influence of product shooting light, there is a certain color difference in the product. Due to the batch problem of the supplier, there are different colors and styles of some accessories. These are all normal phenomena and do not affect the normal use and quality of our electric bicycles. Everything is subject to the actual product received.
